I was coming to this appointment Very hopeful as I've really been struggling with the effects of taking too much medicine for RLS. My provider clearly explained to me the problems with which I was facing in regards to taking too much of the medicine propranolol. I was visibly shaken as she was explaining the effects of what I had been doing. I was crying. She was very thoughtful in her plan of action. It was very scary and she was very reassuring. The first time a doctor had ever been so Frank with me about the medicine and I have been taking and how important it was to come off of it. She helped me with a game plan and I have had one follow up question with her via the portal and she got right back to me. She has proven to be very helpful and an advocate for me. Very grateful.

She's very polite very informative. She listened very well and left messages for Dr. Cronwell. Very good doctor I think.
