Dr Lacy spent a great deal of time showing me CT scans of my lungs and explaining changes that occurred since the previous scan. He is being appropriately conservative in treating my symptoms to avoid further long-term damage to my lungs.

They listened to me and they helped me get through what I need to do and make me feel like I was a person.

Dr. Lacy is my lung doctor. I see him once a year, and he is terrific.

He's excellent. He informed me of a new inhaler, that he thought would be appropriate for me, and it has worked really well. Bonus, it was a covered medication, by my insurance, which was a combination by my doctor.

I needed to address a different issue than orgianally discussed and he adapted very well and helped me out a lot. He did an in office test that was not orginally planned and came back in to explain results.

Dr Lacy is never rushed when he sees me. He sits and reviews my chart and tests with me and provides me with the information I need.

Dr. Lacy was very polite and courteous. He did a great job asking me what was going on and helping with my issues. He did not rush the visit. Took plenty of time addressing my concerns. I appreciate the fact he shaked my hand when he came into exam room and when we were done and I was leaving.

On the way to this appt, I made a wrong turn twice which caused me to be later than their usual acceptable late amount of time. I really appreciate that Dr. Lacy did agreed to see me for this appointment, even though that may have caused him to be late for his previously scheduled appointment. He was very understanding about this & I felt that he gave me the time I needed for this appointment.

After initial meeting I felt instant trust and had no misgivings on following his advice on maintaining future care.
