I like Tanya Martin, she really shows concern for me while I'm there and she listens to me when I'm talking. She explains things in a way that's understandable and not so confusing.

Tonya is incredibly attentive and gives you all the time you need. She stayed and answered every question I had about my recent hospitalization and about things I can do to prevent it from happening again. I never felt like she was in a rush to leave and she always takes time when listening to your lungs. She doesn't make you go so fast that it's like you are hyperventilating.

So very polite, kind and caring.
