I had been told many positive things about him and read reviews, all of which matched my impressions on that first visit. Dr Tom Yao is one of the neurosurgeon's I have ever worked with. He puts in 120% and for me he has one of the best bed side mannerisms I've ever came in contact with. He took extra time to explain the results to me and honestly just is a very great doctor. He goes above and beyond to rest assure that all your questions have been answered. I literally trust this doctor with my life, and in my opinion Dr Yao is a valuable asset to Nortons. Thank you.
