Theresa talks to me with respect and she explains everything in terms I understand. I feel very lucky to have found her. When I started seeing her, she was at the office in Jeff. I drive about 3 times as far to see her now in Charlestown and even through the round about that I hate. Having a doctor that you trust and feel comfortable with is a wonderful thing.

The provider actually took the time to listen to what I had to say about my medications & discussed further treatment plans with me. She even went as far as giving me actually copies of the referrals she sent in on my behalf. I've never had a provider go this far for me and I appreciate how she took her time explaining things to me and giving me alternative methods to treat my pain. Overall 10 out of 10 will definitely refer my loved one & my child to Norton.
