Dr Som is always courteous and sometimes funny. He always asks a lot of questions to get to the bottom of any medical concerns I might have. He also takes my concerns about various treatment options under consideration. He facilitates any tests or additional medical appointments I may need. Within one day of my appointment he had made text comments on my labs and x-rays and made a referral for a needed MRI.

This was probably the best experience that I've had in a long time. There was an issue that I wanted to see the provider for and I messaged on a Sunday night. By Monday morning the provider had reached out and set up a time to meet with me virtually. My concerns were addressed timely and professionally.
