I was nervous and scared and concerned about the mannerism of the provider, being unfamiliar and In need of this level of care upon entry into the room his presence provided comfort and put me to ease, he was knowledgeable and did not talk over me and explained in a way that could be understood, this settled me mentally and physically and I want these to be known that it was appreciated!!!
