Since it was Christmas every one had some kind of Christmas decor on. It was the best feeling I have ever had going to the Dr office. More should be like that

Staff refused to accept than I had already exceeded my MOOP and insisted I owed a copay. I was forced to call my insurance company who then had to call this office to explain no copay was required.
