Shelbi R Basham, APRN

Shelbi R. Basham, APRN, is a nurse practitioner with Norton Immediate Care Centers. She earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Spalding University in Louisville, Kentucky, and her master’s degree in nursing from Northern Kentucky University, Highland Heights. Shelbi is board-certified as a family nurse practitioner and licensed in Kentucky and Indiana. She is an active member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
Shelbi has worked primarily in primary care and geriatric settings. She brings empathy, an easygoing communication style, and a sweet sense of humor to her interactions with patients, making it easy for her to talk with them and their family members.
Shelbi was born and raised in South Louisville and now lives with her family in Mount Washington, Kentucky. She enjoys attending her children’s sporting events and traveling.
