The question about phoning the office/test results, I use the MyChart app regularly and it is extremely convenient so I don't feel the need to call/or have someone call me with test results when I can see them in the app. I always get a quick response to my requests/questions.

I didn't have to wait. I was checking in & before I walked away from the check I was called back!!!
