Shannon G. Steed, M.D., is a diagnostic radiologist with DXP Imaging, which provides radiology services to Norton Healthcare patients.

She earned her medical degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine. She completed her diagnostic radiology residency and a breast imaging fellowship at the Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis. Dr. Steed’s areas of expertise include screening, diagnostic and 3D mammography; breast ultrasound; breast MRI; and multimodality image-guided procedures of the breast.

Dr. Steed was born and raised in Owenton, Kentucky. She enjoys spending time with her husband and four children.
