I was SHOCKED at how soon I was scheduled, referred, booked, imaged, and followed-up with. This is my first experience with Norton outside of ICC and the thoroughness and care and kindness - from doctors to techs to registration desk - has absolutely blown my mind. The communication between ICC, Neuroscience, and MRI has veen flawless. I am extremely confident in the care I've received so far and any health plans to folllow. 11 should be an option for satisfaction with the staff.

First everyone I have encountered at Norton has been "top shelf". Especially Dr. Seifert, if appropriate I would start a fan club!! On this particular visit I confused the appointment time- I arrived at 1 for a 2 o'clock appointment. The staff acted quickly notifying Dr. Seifert. They got me in and out before 2 o'clock so I would not miss a business appointment I had scheduled based on the 1 o'clock time.You have friendly staff that try to actually help.
