I absolutely love my provider he makes you feel like family all the doctors there and most of the staff make you feel like family. I am so thankful for West Community. They have great providers there in general.

Dr Simkoff was exceptional! I felt like he really listened and took time to explain thoroughly. It was the first appointment in my life I feel like the provider didn't speed through. Bridget was also friendly and made me feel comfortable.

Always care and concern Just being better prepared with questions

Sam was amazing. I was expecting to be treated with dismissiveness regarding my health concerns and continuing/modifying my previous care team's treatment plan, but Sam quickly grasped the situation, addressing my concerns decisively, even to the point of going out of his way to make sure I had the assistance and resources I needed, including multiple contingencies. I went in terrified and came out relieved.

They were absolutely amazing at the office and the doctor is amazing as well. I definitely made the right choice to switch PCP to Samuel
