T I really was treated good alway around

Samantha was excellent with explaining and showing a visual of what was going on with my spine and why I always had a better report on past dexascans (frontal aspect only) than what was actually going on when they could accurately measure the body of my vertebrae on a trabecular dexascan; which did show osteoporosis. This was a revelation to me but she explained it so well and then offered several options for treatment; again explaining them very well and answering our questions (husband was present also).

My experience was, again, surprisingly positive. My goals of care for myself seemed aligned perfectly with physician and our one-step-at-a-time approach is my approach.

I was extremely satisfied with the information provided. Dr. Mitchell explained my current diagnosis and prognosis for possible future issues and how to avoid them and complications going forward.

I would not trust any other than Norton Neurosciences to care for my back. Nurse practitioners and doctors are excellent.

She spelled out her plan of action and asked me if I agreed and was ok with the plan. I just wish I would have had it in me to tell her I would rather not do the second step. That is my fault not hers. I don't like to speak up for myself.
