This was a yearly routine visit and follow up on medication. The Dr and staff was excellent. The assistant went out of her way to help by getting a wheelchair to get me to the car.

Rob is a great provider. Rob listens to your concerns and will explain in a way that you can understand. In my case I had no clue what an ablation procedure was until Rob explained it to me. I left the office with an in-depth understanding of the procedure which made me very comfortable. You're very lucky to have someone like Rob on your staff.

Professional, knowledgeable, explanations to my questions gave me a better understanding about warfarin and food choices. The reason for my appointment was to set up appointment for a cardio ablation. Again, he gave a clear explanation about my condition again for my reassurance. He was patient and kind during the visit. He returned to see me when I had a couple more questions. That's how thoughtful the Provider is!!

Patient is in stages of dealing with dementia and his having to wait any length of time for his appointment gets him agitated and it was visible when they called him back, but the staff got him so back down and all went well. I could not have been anymore, concerned, and helpful.

The entire team pf nurses, techs, and Mr Rogers were absolutely tops, from the lab 9great) to tthe who pushed my wheelchair(because IO have a bad ankle) EVERYBODY was kind ,caring and really knew all about my heart and how to take care of me. I left thinking I have really picked the best place in Louisville for heart care--they deserve not a 10 [...] but a 20!!!!!!
