Robert Brooks, M.D., is a hospital medicine physician with Norton Hospitalists. He earned his medical degree in the Rural Physician Leadership Program from the University of Kentucky College of Medicine, Lexington, where he also completed his residency in internal medicine. As an internal medicine hospitalist, Dr. Brooks provides care for a wide variety of patients, regardless of what brings them to the hospital. His goal is always to try to focus on patient-centered care with joint decision-making and explaining all available options to patients so they can make informed choices about their care. When he is not caring for patients, Dr. Brooks loves to spend time with his two children, Harper and Hudson. Additionally, he is an avid baseball, basketball and football fan, and loves going to sporting events.
