Renate A Stingl, MD

Renate A. Stingl, M.D., is a hospital medicine physician with Norton Hospitalists. She earned her medical degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine, where she also completed her residency in internal medicine and a fellowship in hematology and medical oncology. She is board certified in internal medicine, and hospice and palliative.

As a hospitalist, Dr. Stingl provides comprehensive care for hospitalized patients and their families across a variety of medical conditions and illnesses. She collaborates with specialists and other disciplines to ensure holistic care for her patients, anticipating their needs before they leave the hospital.

Originally from Nuremberg, Germany, Dr. Stingl attended Pikeville College in Pikeville, Kentucky, before completing her medical education and training in Louisville. In her free time, Dr. Stingl enjoys walking with her dogs, spending time with her cats, and taking care of her plants.
