Rachel C Taylor, APRN, FNP

Rachel C. Taylor, APRN, FNP, is a family nurse practitioner with Norton Immediate Care Centers. She earned her master’s degree in nursing from the University of Cincinnati College of Nursing, Ohio, and her doctorate in nursing from Augusta University, Georgia.

Rachel became a nurse practitioner because she enjoys helping people and believes everyone deserves quality health care and. She likes to make her patients feel comfortable and safe, working with them to develop personalized treatment plans.

Rachel provides care patients for patients of all ages, from birth to the elderly, taking into account their developmental stages and involving their families in the care process.

Originally from Owensboro, Kentucky, she moved to Louisville with her husband, who was in the military at the time but is now retired. In her free time, Rachel enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
