Everyone we encountered at Dr. Gong's office was great. His nurse was the most helpful and friendly nurse we have encountered at an appointment in a long time, and Dr. Gong really showed that he cared as well.

Dr. Gong was very knowledgeable, worked with me and listened to my opinion on treatment options and plans, and was easy to talk to. He did a thorough exam, and I felt very comfortable leaving his office knowing that all my concerns were addressed.

Dr Gong listened to me, my son's mother but he was very good about speaking to my 11 year old son about how he felt.

Dr. Gong is a very caring and knowledgeable doctor and is great with my daughter.

Scott the assistant and Dr gong himself are literally the best. They are very thorough and make sure they listen to everything I say! I would recommend them 100times over.

My provider was very friendly and really took the time to listen to what I had to say. He took his time and made me feel as if he really cared about what I was going through. Couldn't have asked for a better doctor!

We live over 2 hours away and had a mixup on appointment dates. I had written down the 16th and our daughter's appointment was actually on the 17th. Dr Gong got us in and we were seen within 15 minutes. He could've very easily said we had to come back but he didn't. I am very impress with how he treated my daughter and delivered the best care!

Dr. Gong is caring and compassionate. He takes time to explain things and he makes the experience more comfortable.

This was one of the best experiences I've ever had with a doctor. They got me in early, and the doctor was extremely thorough with answering questions and explaining everything - even spelling things out as I was taking notes.

I appreciate his ability to be thorough and knowledgeable without seeming like he knows more than I do about my experiences. It never feels as if he holds a position of power in the room and seems genuine in his responses. I recommended a family member to be seen by him or this office.

I was seen at the time of my appointment with no delays. The assistant was very professional and very friendly. After my visit with the Dr. The assistant returned to schedule my follow up for 6 months right there in the exam room so there was no need to check out. I am extremely happy with this physician's office.

This is the 3rd neurologist I've seen and by far the best. He listened and did not turn me away for "anxiety". He gave me a diagnosis and gave me hope we could work to fix it

Dr. Gong is so polite and very nice when it comes to sticking me with needles!!! Lol
