Dr. Gong explained everything incredibly clearly and provided personal care to our situation and circumstances. He provided a great treatment plan going forward and ensured that we had the medications and documentation for childcare that we needed. A true professional and expert in his craft.

First time get botox for my migraines. Dr Gong explained everything thoroughly, was very straightforward but had a laidback attitude, which I appreciate a lot and made me more at ease. I explained I didn't have an issue with needles/high pain tolerance, but he'd still check to make sure I was okay during the process, which is very nice. Definitely would recommend him and will feel at ease for my next appointment!

My provider was very friendly and really took the time to listen to what I had to say. He took his time and made me feel as if he really cared about what I was going through. Couldn't have asked for a better doctor!

We live over 2 hours away and had a mixup on appointment dates. I had written down the 16th and our daughter's appointment was actually on the 17th. Dr Gong got us in and we were seen within 15 minutes. He could've very easily said we had to come back but he didn't. I am very impress with how he treated my daughter and delivered the best care!
