Nicole M. DeLisi, APRN, is a family nurse practitioner with Norton Community Medical Associates. She earned her bachelor's degree in nursing from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Teaneck, New Jersey, and her master's degree in nursing from Spalding University in Louisville. She is board certified in family practice by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Nicole provides full-spectrum, holistic care to patients of all ages, from newborns to the elderly. She is passionate about caring for entire families, and she focuses on treating the whole person, addressing not just physical health but also mental and spiritual well-being. Nicole works hard to build trust and rapport with her patients, focusing on wellness and disease prevention to help them live long, healthy lives. In her free time, Nicole enjoys fitness and athletics, including CrossFit and running. She loves cooking and eating delicious food, inspired by her Italian heritage.
