This doctor is exceptional on all levels of patient care.

Dr. El-Rafai explained everything about high blood pressure very clearly and specifically.We appreciated how comfortable that he made us feel in a stressful situation.

This was my first visit. Needed cardiologist in this area as I moved back to area and former cardiologist was located in Florida. All records were available to this provider as previous cardiologist also used the Epic System.

Dr El Rafai is an extremely gifted physician. But the greatest thing about his is not his vast knowledge of the cardiovascular system but how he treats you as a person, how patient he is and his kindness towards you. He takes his time with you and answers all of your questions without rushing you or making you feel less intelligent than him.

First time for a cardiologist, Dr. El-Refai was all I could hope for. Rather than jump into my test results he asked me about myself, my activity, my concerns. Then explained to me my situation and how best to treat my condition. Adjusted my medication and told me what to change in my workouts and lifestyle. I went In expecting stents and came out feeling better about my future.
