Mohammad S. Alsorogi, M.D., M.S., served as a neurologist with Louisville Neurology Associates for past two years. Dr. Alsorogi is a graduate of Ain Shams University Medical School in Cairo, Egypt, where he also earned a master's degree in neuropsychiatry. Dr. Alsorogi completed his neurology residency at the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Peoria. He maintains a special interest in movement disorders and is board certified in neurology, vascular neurology and sleep medicine.

Dr. Alsogori was really informative and gave me lots of information. I am seeing him as a new patient, 8 years post hemorrhagic stroke, previously under care at UL. Because UL is no longer participating in Aetna's network, I had to find a new provider. Dr. Alsogori provided his Botox suggestions, which I agree with.

I had an excellent experience with doctor Alsorogi Mohammad. He listened carefully to all my concerns and took the time to explain everything clearly, including what was going on and how he planned to treat the issue. I really appreciated his patience, professionalism, and thoroughness. I left the appointment feeling very satisfied and confident in the care I received.
