Melissa Quinn, NP was excellent!

Melissa is professional and compassionate. She never acts hurried and answers all of my questions. I have probably had Crliac for years, but she's the first one to suspect it and order the correct diagnostics.

I had a tele health appointment with Melissa Quinn. She listens well and explains things in a way that I can understand.

Dr. Quinn showed empathy and compassion for me and my health condition. She explained her recommendations for treatment clearly and was happy to answer my questions. I really value Dr. Quinn as my health advocate.

Truly one of the best nurse practitioners I've ever seen. She's the model for the rest!! She was very professional and felt very much like a doctor. I never feel good or confident after seeing a nurse practitioner until now. I appreciated her knowledge, kindness, and she even had my prior hospital records where I'd had previous colonoscopy and endoscopy procedures done in years past. This lady was on top of things. Very impressive!!

She has been excellent! She listens to me and has done most of what I have asked for.

Dr. Quinn was very interested in me and my health issues. She looked over test results, medications previously tried for the problem, etc. She listened to me and understood the pain that I've been through with my health problems. She came up with a plan to begin a treatment to help my problem. She wanted me to start a medication but it was not approved by the insurance company. She continued to try to get it approved snd when It wasn't she came up with a new plan. She was very quick to send me messages on my chart as well as respond to me. I truly appreciate that. It means a lot to have a doctor that cares.

I was treated with respect and felt like I was listened to.

She made sure that I understand everything about my health.

Sometimes with stomach issues that people can't see with the naked eye, I've felt like people may seem to think you're just making stuff up. Everyone was very nice! I AM VERY HAPPY TO HAVE BEEN PAIRED WITH APRN QUINN!! She was very calm and explained the steps that we would be taking and why, but she also listened to how I felt and my opinion! It was very mutual and not the provider "telling me" what I'm going to do but WHAT WE CAN DO TOGETHER!!
