Fantastic doctor

Dr Smallwood is a kind, empathetic, thorough, reassuring, excellent physician. After a serious admission to the hospital and quick discharge with very little information or plan. She sat with me, asked questions, explained every single scan and test. She explained protocol for my diagnosis and treatment plan. She listened to my concerns. She was concerned for my physical and emotional wellbeing after a serious diagnosis. When we finished with the appointment I had a PLAN- with testing and referrals and hope. I truly appreciate Dr Smallwood.

I was greeted upon entering your facilities. Dr discussed all test results. We reviewed all medicine. She asked how I felt about my health. We reviewed preventative care and follow up care.

Dr Smallwood is a wonderful Dr always thorough and listens carefully. She has been our primary caregiver for many years. Over the years we have referred several friends to her and they love her too!

Dr Smallwood not only addressed my concerns but she was forward thinking in ordering a CT scan, and advised it was outside of insurance coverage, at a reasonable cost to check for calcium buildup around the heart in light of my family medical history on my father's side relating to heart attack risk.
