Biography/ Philosophy of Care

Dr. Cornett was born in Virginia and received his medical training at the University of Virginia School of Medicine. Dr. Cornett completed his residency at the University of Louisville Department of Radiation Oncology and served on the faculty there for four years. He is board certified in radiation oncology. Dr. Cornett joined Norton Cancer Institute in 2000.
