Lunden A Barnes, APRN

Lunden A. Barnes, APRN, is a nurse practitioner with Norton Immediate Care Centers. She earned her master’s degree in nursing from Spalding University in Louisville, focusing on family nurse practitioner studies. Lunden enjoys serving her community by providing timely health care to patients of all ages, from children to the elderly.

Lunden appreciates the diversity of patients she encounters in urgent care and finds fulfillment in using her expertise in various specialties, including ear, nose and throat; emergency care; and women’s health. With previous experience in acute care settings, wound care and oncology, she sees urgent care as a convenient option for individuals who need immediate medical attention.

Outside of work, Lunden prioritizes spending quality time with her two daughters, creating memorable experiences through exploration, travel and reading.
