This primary care provider is exceptional. She is the stark contrast to difficulties I've been encountering trying to find a trustworthy care provider. She is knowledgeable, direct, and there with no questions left unanswered by completion of appointment. She listened respectfully but also provided accurate information if I was misinformed on something. She's obviously a patient favorite because she came highly recommended and was presented to me as the difference maker and even life saver in several cases of other patients who couldn't find help elsewhere. But I would say for me personally two of the things that impressed me the most are, 1) that she seemed to look deeper into lab and test results with her own diagnostic evaluation, instead of just accepting a two line report, this is something that has been detrimental to my case up til now bc - although there are changes completely against my own norm, they were still considered within normal' of the population on a whole, this lead to dead ends and frustrations for me, however she seems determined to use her skills to interpret the information on a more personal level for me as a patient which I have desperately needed. And second, the fact that she thoroughly reviewed my previous records, I mean on our first telehealth visit she was going all the way back years and years of visits to see if there were any clues to my case that might have shown up early on. This is something I didn't even expect and surely have not gotten ever before. I understand drs having a patient overload and not being able to deep dive into a novel of patient records for each patient - but her particular devotion to her craft here certainly does not go unnoticed or unappreciated!
