Loren is always so good with my mom, remembering that she has Alzheimers and hearing loss. We made a pact for Loren to speak to my mom and not to me so that my mom feels respected. Loren will include me in the conversation if further clarification is needed.

My provider, Loren Garza is always very professional and answers my questions so that I can understand my healthcare and my choices. I appreciate her warmth and care. She is never in a hurry so I always feel heard and cared for.

Very positive and professional medical office climate from all -receptionist, med assistant, and APRN. Knowledgeable, courteous, and inclusive of patient's questions, concerns, and "need to know." I did not feel like a first time patient!
