My provider was very professional as soon as he entered the room.He shook my hand and we started talking about my meds.Another elements that I have he was very thorough.And covered any questions that I had, it was a great visit.

This was a follow up from an urgent care visit while out of town. Sent info via my chart and provider was able to verify conditions was gone, as well as provide help on other issues observed by urgent care.

He address every concern. This Dr. Is genuine and cares for his patients. I work in healthcare for 6 years. Dr. Fannin puts his mbrs as a top priority. Even with a general f/u he spends time evaluating, listening, & gets straight to the point of my plan of care. Dr. Fannin & his staff checks in with me after every f/u or message I send.
