I was an anxious mess when I walked in, but Kim and her team made me feel nothing but reassured, safe, respected and cared for. I would do it all again tomorrow, and she made me not afraid. I cannot thank her enough, and I have already suggested her to my best friend who needs an upcoming exam.

She came prepared with my medical history. Answered all my questions and concerns, was very polite and listened attentively to all my concerns.

I really love the office. It's clean and warm. The staff has always been courteous to me. I feel heard. I've been going there for years now. I will likely never switch offices. I'm very big on consistency. Once I've found a good provider I will stay with them forever. I definitely do not feel judged. I can speak on questions and concerns and feel good about things when I leave the appointment.
