The provider was 2 months out scheduling for the surgery I needed. He contacted his associate and within an hour of my completed appointment with him, I was contacted personally by his associate and scheduled two days later for the surgery I needed. Kathy from the office even reached out to my daughter to relay the specifics of the surgery to make sure I understood everything. Kathy went the extra mile to ensure I was taken care of and it really made a difference.

Dr. Doss was polite, kind, and friendly during my appointment. He explained what was happening, treatment plan, and plan after treatment. He was informative and helpful with answering my questions regarding the surgery.
