I've seen Kaylee before and she is the sweetest woman. And very compassionate and knowledgeable about what could be going on with my health. And the whole staff was so friendly and helpful

I was just at half hour late for my appt due to unknown bridge lane closures which slowed me down in rain AND over 20 minutes circling parking garage to find a slot anywhere! I had called the office while searching for a parking spot to let them know I was there. Even so, the receptionist was very nice, checked me in and didnt make me feel like I was a loner! She looked into whether I could still get in and Kaylee agreed she could see me. And I only waited a short time after that. Kaylee never made me feel that I was messing up her day, still listened to me, asked questions to clarify my needs and concerns. Thank you all for helping me.

Ms Bui postponed her lunch rather than keeping me waiting longer.

Kaylee is very personable as well as knowledgeable about your case and her specialty. I've seen her at the bedside before but never in clinic and I hope to continue to keep seeing her in clinic!
