This was a f/u visit after beginning Cpap. Office was so efficient. Katheryn was very prepared, had already downloaded my CPap history/report from MyAir. Appointment was for 10:30. I was seen, checked out, next appointment scheduled, all in less than 30 minutes. Remarkable efficiency.
