I've been on this journey for a bit and this is the first physician I've seen where I felt heard, things were explained in a way that made sense, and my symptoms weren't pushed off as psychological. She listened and responded to my concerns and was open to treatment plans that fit my lifestyle.

Very thorough

This was my first time meeting this provider, so I didn't know what to expect. Immediately though, I felt comfortable talking through menopause symptoms with her. She took the time to really listen and not downplay them or overreact to them. She made me understand that everyone has different symptoms and mine were legit. I appreciated her non-judgmental demeanor when explaining that I did not want to be 'dependent' on medication, as well. She instead explained that it might help to think of HRT as a 'supplement' versus a 'medication' to replenish something I had, but Is now depleted, and that It Is not a sign of weakness or dependency. This was so helpful. Finally, she offered additional Norton services, such as their Weight Loss Center and told me exactly the next step for me to connect with this regarding insurance, including sending me very specific codes to ask about. I felt sooo good and heard when I left the office. She was wonderful.
