My care provider is very good and takes the time needed to explain everything and answer questions. This is very important. I know if he's running a little behind in seeing me, it's because he's kind to all of his patients and answers all questions to help calm any fears that patient might have. Dr. Mathew is very good about taking time to answer all my questions and helping me to understand everything. I'm sure this is why he may not be right on time. If he is this understanding with most of his patients, then I'd rather he be a little late getting to me. I feel this is so very important!
