Dr. Reinstine is very compassionate and takes the time to make sure you understand your diagnosis and explains in detail all treatment options. He explains it where you can understand it and make an educational decision. Answers all your questions and just takes his time and doesn't make it feel rushed like other appointments with Doctors now do. He cared that I made the best decision for my diagnosis. He even took the time to speak with my husband where most Doctors don't these days. His staff from check in to check out make you feel like a person and they talk to you as you are a person not just another patient. I would highly recommend his office.

Dr Reinstine has provided excellent care for me for many years . He spends the time we need to discuss issues and I always feel heard .

I started crying during my pre-op visit with Dr Reinstein. He put my surgery questions aside and focused on listening to me tell him about my depression and causes of it. He suggested inpatient treatment and even gave me the name of a place to call. He told me that my surgery came 2nd to my current mental health. He listened without judgements. I really appreciated his genuine concern for me.
