Takes time! Examples- To explain options for now & future. Patient ask questions complete visit. Promotes and supplies education on what I, as Patient, can do to help my problem (diet changes, proper time to take medicine.).

Dr. Hanson had my records from 2016 right there to compare the thyroid mass then and now. He explained everything and will be removing it on 9-19-25. Such a relief..
