My experience with Dr McConnell could not have been any better. He took an interest in more than the specific reason I was seeing him, ordered a test, arranging an immediate appointment for a scan at hospital. Then, with the results from that scan, personally called my PCP and surgeon from recent operation and alerted them to a problem. He even spoke with my pharmacy and made sure I received medication that day. He is by far, the most caring physician, paying close attention to every aspect of patient care that I have known.

I have been very ill with a pulmonary problem and I called to see if I could get in to see Dr. McConnel who generally sees me. He said he would fit me into his schedule, which he did. He was very busy and it was kind of him to see me on Monday.

My former pulmonologist was not interested/concerned about my symptoms. Dr McConnell listened to me and gave me medications to try to help improve my asthma. I have a six week follow up with him. He also ran pertinent blood tests. My former pulmonologist would have just told me to come back in a year.
