Jessica was great! She understood my problem quickly and accurately and took all of the needed actions to get a long-term solution. Although getting a "loner" to address my sleep apnea problems was not an expected action, she took the initiative to find a device and I left with a CPAP machine to bridge the time until a new device was available (my CPAP died two days earlier and I got a visit schedule and the loaner VERY quickly). She could not have been more professional, caring and results-oiented. I would recommend her to anyone.
