Jennifer Pentecost, APRN

Jennifer Pentecost, APRN, is a certified nurse midwife and obstetric hospitalist with Norton Women’s Care. She earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Louisville School of Nursing, her master’s degree in nursing from Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas, and a postgraduate certificate in midwifery from Frontier Nursing University in Versailles, Kentucky. She also holds a master’s degree in health care administration from the University of Phoenix. She is board-certified as a family nurse practitioner and certified nurse midwife.

Jennifer specializes in obstetric hospital medicine. She manages triage, laboring patients, emergencies and deliveries independently and in collaboration with physicians. Her dual certification allows her to combine broad family health experience with specialized midwifery skills, promoting safe, compassionate and evidence-based care for mothers and babies. She provides comprehensive, patient-centered care for women throughout labor, delivery and postpartum recovery.

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, traveling, relaxing by the pool, catching up with friends and curling up with a good book and a cup of tea.
