Jennifer Rowe is an exceptional Provider. She allows me all the time I need during our visit and has worked with me to reach a health plan that will benefit me. The Staff have submitted multiple FAs to my Insurance Company to attempt to get my medication needed. Although this was the first visit to the Dupont Location, I have see Jennifer multiple times at the Brownsboro location. As far as reaching out to ask a question, I utilize MYCHART and I receive a response usually the same day.

She was very knowledgeable about iiiIimy Ihealth and cared about it

Jennifer was absolute delight from start to finish. My medical history has become complicated and Jennifer gave me ample time to explain my history and she remained actively engaged during that discussion. Specialty care has a tendency to become fragmented but I felt that Jennifer took the time to consider me as a whole person and to look at how each of my body systems affected could possibly be related to one another. Its so important to patients to find clinicians that truly care and ones that are willing to do due dilligence in investigating potential causes of concern. I amSo thankful to Jennifer for being the compassionate and knowledgable provider that I needed.
