Length of wait time was about one minute - very impressive.

I called with an issue on a Friday to get in on Monday- Triage said with my symptoms I needed to be seen that day. They called me within ten minutes and got me in at a closer office in 30 minutes! Perfect! So happy and I'm feeling better.

I love Dr. Coleman. She was recommended to me several years ago by a coworker after I had a bad experience at another office outside of Norton. Not one time have I felt like she did not listen to me or that she only cared about me being overweight. I cannot tell you how nice it is to go to an appointment where your provider is looking at you in the most vulnerable way and yet still feel no nerves because you are comfortable and confident in the care you will receive.

She's the best!!! She knows me and I feel as this office cares about me !!! I hope she never leaves !!!
