About Jason Nachazel

Jason Nachazel, P.T., is a physical therapist at Norton Neurosciences & Spine Rehabilitation Center. He has more than 17 years of experience in outpatient physical therapy, including orthopedics, sports medicine and spine dysfunction, and is an American Physical Therapy Association-certified clinical instructor. Jason earned his bachelor’s degree from Ohio University in Athens and his master’s degree in physical therapy from Old Dominion University, Norfolk, Virginia.
