When arriving I was treated with a smile and the staff were very friendly. Doctors were amazing.and let me know what I needed to do about my situation

This was my 1st time visit with Ms. Purcell and her staff was very nice and courtesy to me and my husband. She listened and answered my questions and I felt at ease during my visit.

Took her time and did not seem rushed though I am sure she was busy. Gave me her full attention and answered all questions with no judgement

Izzie is wonderful! I have seen her multiple times and she always listens to all my concerns and makes me feel comfortable. She is very knowledgable and kind!

Isabella was Great, she was familiar with my history, listened carefully for my symptoms and provided a resolution. I was very impressed.

While the provider was late in seeing me, she apologized and explained about the delay

My provider was excellent thorough and relatable. She broke down the information. In terms where I could understand and provide just needed information that I was requesting for during The Visit prior to me arriving at my visit. I did receive a phone call indicating that additional information was needed and a request for MRI to be completed prior to the initiation of my appointment. I appreciate it her thoroughness and identifying this additional. Request for information through the MRI.In my opinion , it helped to navigate and determine the best course of actions for future planning in regards to my specific situation.

She was very attentive and clearly had reviewed my records before speaking with me as she was quickly able to answer my question. I appreciated that she'd gone out of her way to talk to another provider so we could get their opinion on deciding how to proceed in my care options. That made me feel like I understood my options better and made me feel confident in those choices

Izzie was AMAZING and really took the time to walk me through trying to conceive and what to expect. I asked to do some tests to make sure my hormone levels are where they should be and she didn't push back at all and was happy to do the tests. I don't feel rushed or like I couldn't ask her anything.

I was very very please with the PA that I saw during my visit. Not only did she help me through my original issue she stayed way over time alotted to me just to be sure I got the best care. [...] She was wonderful at working me through the process and answering any questions that I had. Isabel Purcell, the provider I saw, helped me with a problem that I had had for 15 years. She was the first to help me. I no longer have symptoms. She is wonderful provider!

This was my first time with her, specifically. I have seen several providers but she was very patient and listened to my questions and concerns, validated them, and eased them. She made sure to make a clear note on a test result from the appointment because a previous one wasn't as clear and left me with questions. That showed that she actually listened during our appointment and cared. She was very knowledgeable and I felt like I was in good hands. 10/10.

She was very polite, came prepared with my medical history. Answered all my questions and concerns. Listened attentively and make recommendations to help me feel better.

She was great! Wish I had her over the years as this was the first time seeing her. We talked and I was able to ask questions. Very nice and personable person.

I am 42 years old and this is the first time I have been listened to with empathy regarding my pelvic health. The practitioner asked pointed questions and seemed genuinely sympathetic [...] This practitioner listened and asked pointed questions. I was impressed when I left.

Ms Purcell is professional, knowledgeable and caring. She spent time responding to my questions and making sure I understood and was satisfied with her input, yet allowing me to make my own decisions. Very caring and supportive.

Dr. Purcell was amazing! She was extremely kind and approachable. I was very nervous going into this appointment and she (and the nurse I saw beforehand) were so comforting and just the best.

They were so helpful to fit me in when I was coincidentally in the building. Love this office so so much. They keep it real with you but always respectful and kind.
