Biography/ Philosophy of Care

Hieu T. Tuong, M.D., is is a hospital medicine physician with Norton Hospitalists. He earned his medical degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine and completed his internal medicine residency at the Louisville Veterans Affairs Medical Center. He is board certified in internal medicine.

As a hospitalist, Dr. Tuong provides care to patients who are hospitalized and coordinates their care with other specialists and hospital staff members.

When Dr. Tuong is not caring for patients, he enjoys playing pickleball, reading, traveling and trading the markets.
