No issues.
Saw Heather Mason in absence of my regular PCP. Started off with Personality conflict 50/50. She handled this with exceptional grace & expertise to resolve the conflict.. I would have thrown me out on my ears. KUDOS to her! When I sat in my car, before I started the engine, l took a deep breath & thought to myself, 'WOW, l think I actually like & respect her.' I know I am a tough patient, she did a wonderful job handling me & the conflict. I now have great admiration for her & for her skills.
Heather is always efficient in medical care for me. Very approachable and comfortable discussing physical needs with her.
