Hayley is a very caring Nurse Practitioner.

I was given options of how we could address issues I was having. Also, provided information on what is suggested for my care based on my test results and why we wouldn't pursue them.

Ms. Hailey Simon was great I just had a stroke and that was the reason for the visit she was outstanding with my questions and she did follow up to make sure I got the extra help with my physical therapy and my heart doctor and my neurologist because when I had my stroke they found out I had a tumor she was just great with all my questions she is great my wife was happy with her also
