Biography/ Philosophy of Care
Hannah M. Head, APRN, is a cardiac critical care nurse practitioner with Norton Heart & Vascular Institute. Hannah earned her master’s degree in nursing from Walden University College of Nursing in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Hannah provides care for patients with cardiac critical care needs, including heart failure and postoperative cardiac surgery care. She strives to stay up to date on evidence-based practices, and her goal is to show compassion and provide the highest quality care to each patient. She has previous experience in cardiothoracic surgery, pulmonary critical care, and as a bedside intensive care unit nurse.
Outside of work, Hannah enjoys traveling, especially hiking trips; and staying active through tennis, running and CrossFit. She and her husband, Ryan, have two children, Owen and Charlotte, who are the center of their world.
