About Evan Rhea
Biography/ Philosophy of Care
Dr. Evan B. Rhea, M.D., is a board eligible orthopaedic surgeon practicing at Ellis & Badenhausen Orthopaedics. Dr. Rhea specializes in primary and revision hip and knee replacements, including anterior approach and partial knee replacements, and reverse shoulder replacement. Joining Ellis & Badenhausen in 2022, he completed advanced training at the University of Louisville after finishing his residency in Jacksonville, FL. A Louisville native and Trinity High School graduate, Dr. Rhea serves as a team physician for Trinity sports. He is a member of the International Congress for Joint Reconstruction and the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons.
